*Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Wisconsin Ethics Commission is expected to be present at the meeting of the Senate Committee on Elections, Election Process Reform, and Ethics scheduled for December 14, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. This meeting will be held at the State Capitol in Room 411 South. The Commissioners are attending to observe and gather information about pending campaign finance, lobbying, and ethics legislation. These are subjects over which the Commission has decision-making responsibility. This constitutes a meeting of the Wisconsin Ethics Commission pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis.2d 553, 494 N.W.2d 408 (1993), and must be noticed as such. However, the Wisconsin Ethics Commission will not take any formal action at this meeting. After the committee meeting, the Commission will return to the St. Croix Room at 101 E. Wilson Street to continue the agenda described above. Once Closed Session is complete, the Commission will return to Open Session in order to adjourn.
